Hot work permits are required for any operation involving open flame, sparks or any heat-producing process. This includes, but is not limited to, brazing, cutting, drilling, welding, grinding, soldering and torch work. The person performing the hot work must fill out this form in its entirety and submit to the Fire & Life Safety Officer for approval prior to beginning the project.
